It’s that time of year again. With the holidays quickly approaching, it’s time to make your gift “get and give” list. I know what you’re thinking … but lists aren’t just for Santa and you know what will happen if you don’t have one: You’ll get a wide array of things you don’t want, will never use, and will have to return along with the crowds of people who are returning their stuff too (which is fine if you need to perfect the art of the fake smile and want to set a world record for who can stand the longest in the customer service line).
But for the rest of us? We’re going to seize the moment, and we’ll be all sorts of ready when someone asks us what we want for Christmas. We will also use this time to convert others who may not be like-minded to our crunchy ways because let’s face it … gifts fit in where words are insufficient. (It’s not bribing someone to your point of view … it’s gift giving … which is perfectly acceptable at Christmas.)
Forward this list, showcase it in some obvious location, pass it out at will, pick something to get for yourself, or give something to someone else. Either way, this gift guide is full of practical gift ideas that you’ve always wanted, or never knew you needed.
The ULTIMATE List
Seaweed Bath Co. Detox Body Bar (with Activated Charcoal) – This soap is derived from sustainably harvested bladderwrack seaweed with 65+ vitamins and minerals, contains activated charcoal that washes away dirt, toxins, and impurities on the skin, and contains mineral-rich volcanic ash. (If you want to know more about the benefits of activated charcoal, check out THIS post.)
Seaweed Co. Exfoliating Detox Scrub – This is my absolute favorite organic exfoliating scrub. It’s derived from nutrient-rich bladderwrack seaweed, french clay, walnut shells, and coffee extract.
Seaweed Bath Co. Refresh (Orange, Eucalyptus, Cedar) Detox Bundle: Exfoliating Scrub, Body Wash, Firming Cream – A great product if you want an exfoliating scrub, body wash, and firming cream for the complete healthy skin experience!
Andoulou Day Cream – This is the product that keeps my skin nourished during the day. It contains pomegranate, hyaluronic acid, and aloe vera.
Organic Lip Balm – Who isn’t obsessed with lip balm?
Konjac Sponge with Activated Charcoal – This is a sponge derived from konjac plant root with activated bamboo carbon that cleanses pores, removes excess oil, and fights the bacteria that causes acne. It gently exfoliates your skin and leaves the glow behind.
Go Macro Organic Vegan Protein Bars – These are one of my favorite protein bars. I’ve literally been binging on them for 8 years and I see no end to this in sight. They are high protein, organic, vegan, gluten-free, contain healthy fats, and use brown rice syrup as the sweetener.
Vintage Glass Bottles – These glass bottles were one of my favorite gifts! I use them for literally everything – juices, smoothies, and bone broth. They’re easy to grab and go and I get so many complements on them. (Pair with these stainless steel drinking straws.)
Meal Prep Containers – When it came to meal planning, prepping, and staying on track to meet my health/fitness/fat loss goals, these meal prep containers saved my life. Make your meals, portion them out using a food scale (below), put them in your containers, and store in the fridge or freezer. They’re ready to grab and go (or remove the lid and warm in the oven). You can get the one compartment containers I use HERE, and the three compartment containers HERE.
Digital Food Scale (for weighing food portions) – Guys … you gotta get a food scale because it will revolutionize portion control (and therefore your waistline). A food scale helps with cooking precision and will tune you in to the amount your actually eating.
Food Processor – I don’t know how anyone can live without a food processor. I make meatballs, soups, purees, overnight oats, flour, cookies, brownies, and everything else in this baby and if you try it out, you’ll get hooked on it too.
Instant Pot – No description needed BUT, if you must know … the instant pot is multi-cooker that combines 7 kitchen appliances in one: Pressure cooker, slow cooker, rice cooker, steamer, sauté, yogurt maker and warmer. It also prepares dishes 70% quicker and has 14 program settings. Think bone broth in 120 minutes instead of 7 hours, and you get the idea.
Immersion Blender – An immersion blender is an often over-looked tool that I use to hide all sorts of things in whatever it is I’m creating. I love that its super simple to clean and I can avoid having to pour soup in batches into my blender.
Osterizer Blender – If you’re going to go healthy, a blender is a necessity. The reason VitaMix isn’t on this list is because it costs a small fortune and the plastic inside coating comes off into your food … and that’s toxic. I use THIS much less expensive glass blender with an upgraded blade.
Excalibur Dehydrator – This is the king of dehydrators. It is the absolute best and will crank out the goodness for at least 200 years. If you’re a newb, get the 4-tray. If you’re dedicated, go for the nine. Regardless of the number of trays you go with, get the one with the timer.
Champion Juicer – This is my favorite juicer and is perfect for someone wanting to take their healthy lifestyle to the next level with juicing.
Stainless Steel Pots and Pans – What pots and pans do I recommend? Anything stainless steel. Why? Because what you cook in will leach into your food. Stainless steel is by far the safest option.
Cast Iron Skillet – I’m not sure if it’s nostalgia or my need for a little extra iron, but I like to keep a seasoned cast iron skilled on my stove that’s always ready to go for breakfast, veggies, and everything in between.
KitchenAid Mixer – You know all of those recipes that call for you to carefully combine your ingredients and measure them out. Yeah, me neither. I just look at the recipe list and throw everything into my KitchenAid and call it good.

Other Wellness Gifts You Will LOVE
Loose Leaf Tea Infuser – There is nothing as lovely as a cup of loose leaf tea. Use this infuser to get the most out of your tea and mulling spices.
Loose Leaf (Chamomile Lavender) Herbal Tea Relaxer Blend – Because you just got an infuser, you need some tea. This lavender and chamomile blend is great for all things anxiety, stress, and sleep.
Stainless Steel Water Bottle – Plastic water bottles are toxic, leach, and are a breeding ground for bacteria. Use and re-use with this stainless steel water bottle.
Sunwarrior Chocolate Protein – This is my favorite vegan chocolate protein. It’s raw, clean, plant-based, and will help you meet your protein requirements.
Bone Broth Chocolate Protein – Bone broth protein is the next big thing. It’s ideal for those who prefer a non-vegan protein and love bone broth and the benefits that come with it.
Eco-Friendly Biodegradable Toothbrush – We all brush our teeth and we all get a new toothbrush at Christmas … so you might as well make it eco-friendly.
Body Brush Exfoliation System – Have you heard about the benefits of dry skin brushing? If not, read this post. This exfoliation system will improve your circulation and give your skin an amazing glow.
